Gains Gold Award at New Zealand Culinary Fare
Hotel Coachman's Executive Chef Mark Harman was recently awarded a gold medal for:
"Hot Entrée and Main Presented Cold" at the New Zealand Culinary Fare. The New Zealand Culinary -Fare is a national annual competition for "New Zealand Chef of The Year" with over 960 competitors attending this year from 23rd-25th August at the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland.
