  • All rates are per room per night - single or double occupancy, unless otherwise stated.
  • Rates and specials on this website are subject to change without warning
  • New Zealand hotel rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST at 12.5%.
  • Rates are valid Monday to Sunday inclusive and subject to availability.
  • Availability restrictions may apply during peak/event periods.
  • Cancellation policy of 6pm day of arrival. If made after this time a cancellation penalty of one night's accommodation at the secured rate will be charged.
  • Bookings that do not show up on the date held in our reservation system will be charged one nights accommodation
  • Travel Agents must either guarantee bookings or supply a credit card number when making the booking. Cancellations will not incur a charge if made before 6pm on the guests intended arrival date. If made after this time a cancellation penalty of one nights accommodation at the secured rate will be charged
  • Company Bookings must either guarantee bookings or supply a credit card number when making the booking. Cancellations will not incur a charge if made before 6pm on the guests intended arrival date. If made after this time a cancellation penalty of one night's accommodation at the secured rate will be charged.
  • Bookings made by third party reservation systems must also be amended and cancelled via this same system to avoid penalty fees.
